Hi,
I need some advice on adjusting fade speed. I am inserting a photo in the over lay tract over a video. I want the photo to fade in and out. I have set it to do so with choosing fade under attributes but the speed on of the fade is really slow. I noticed the same on the zoom.
How can I speed up the fade & zoom?
Thanks.

Welcome to the forums,
To adjust the fade, use the handles (pause/duration) located under the preview window. Dragging them towards the ends increases the duration the image/clip is static, and decreases the duration of the effect, in your case the fade or zoom. So if the handles are close to the ends, the fade-in/fade-out will be fast, and the image will appear on screen without any fading occurring longer.
