Photo Express 4 Plus seems disabled

Post by Freestyle »

I have had PE4 Plus on my computer for a few years with no problems.
Suddenly it has stopped working. I have removed it and reloaded from the C.D. but when I try to activate it nothing happens! I have found that there is a note saying as follows. DISABLECICERO.
I don't know what that means.
I have recently added 4 Ashampoo programs including Photo Commander 5. to try them out.
Could this have disabled it?
Miss my PE4 so any advice would be great.
Thanks all in advance! :D

Welcome to the forums,

I've never seen that error message with any program. However doing a Google Search on that term, found some pages that indicate it is a windows registry problem. It may have to do with a WinXP handwriting recognition using a tablet.

Click on the above "Google Search" link to see the possible solutions.
