Copy Already On Computer

Hello: Trying to install ll plus with program disc, get message that there is a program already on the computer, how is it listed in your add & remove programs list? Or how do I delete the program causing the error?

I found the program in "C" under program files, but how is it listed in the add & Remove Program file??

When I deleted the ulead envelope on my hard drive, the new Studio 11 Plus software loaded right up!
