Error Message: "Unable to load library" 19151:3:3

Post by celler »

I have been using VS11 for a while now and just got a new computer with the Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit O/S.

I just tried to create a movie from my JVC Everio ( which I have done successfully before).

I was able to load all the video, produce the movie and then the trouble comes when I click "share".

I select the NTSC Mpeg1 format for sharing and after 20-25% rendering I get the error message: "Unable to load library" 19151:3:3

I made movies last week with the same program on this same computer and now it's not working. It's a 3:30 movie so it's not that big, I was hoping you could tell me what the error message means.

Thank you.

You may not be aware but their are various "JVC Everio" camcorders about

JVC Everio GZ-MG37 Digital Camcorder
JVC Everio GZ-MG335 Camcorder ...
JVC Everio GZ-MG465 60GB HDD Camcorder

To name just 3. You need to be more specific so we can look it up to ascertain what format(s) it records in. Perhaps you can tell us. The details we require are contained in this link:
Please read this before posting and please make sure that you complete your Image specifications.

I'm getting that same error. I believe that it is a result of a bad/missing transition file. Try switching the transition effect (if any) that you are using at the point where you get the error.
Thanks! ~Ken
