Hot Fix01

I have VS11.5+ (version 11.5.0157.2) . I noticed "Hot Fix01" in Corel's update/patch page for VS11. Should I apply the fix?

If you had read the notes to that Hot Fix, you would have seen that it only applies in one very specific circumstance that only occurs during -- and stops -- the installation of the VS in the first place. If you have VS11.5+ up and running, then you do not need the Hot Fix...
