Welcome to the forum, but I am sorry to say that no one is likely to be able to help without a lot more information. What do you do when you 'save' your movie? When it gets to 10% of what? What sort of video are you talking about? Where did it come from? What editing did you do to it?
Please read the top posting on this forum -- the one headed 'Please Read This Before Posting' http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 1454#41454 and see the sort of information we need. Then come back with this information and hopefully someone will be able to help you...

Same problem
Operating System: Windows XP
Motherboard: I am using a DELL Lattitude D810 which is a laptop. I am not sure what the motherboard is.
Graphic Card: ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600
Sound Card: SigmaTel C-Major Audio
Processor: Intel Pentium 1.73GHz, 367 MHz,
Hard Disk Drive: TOSHIBA MK6032GAX
Memory: 1.00 GB of RAM, 6 GB of free HDD space
I have the same problem where everytime that I try to export my project to a video file whether it is DV or anything else, I get the same error [19151:3:3] Unable to load library.
How to I solve this problem?

If in fact you only have 6 GB of free hard disk space, then I think that is the main problem. Video editing requires a lot of hard disk space. If you are editing and producing DV/AVI, that requires 13 GB of space for one hour of video. And if you are rendering around one hour of it, then you require another 12 or 13 GB for temporary files etc.
If you don't have access to a desktop computer with a larger hard drive, then the only alternative I can think of would be for you to buy an external hard drive, though that is not a particularly suitable alternative for editing on...

Thanks for the prompt reply. My video is only 2 minutes and 45 seconds. Would this also require 13 G of space even if the total size of all the files I am using in the library for my video is less than 1G? If so, do I just need to connect an external HDD to my laptop? Do I need to change some other settings?

Possibly not -- but it is still not good in general terms to have such a small amount of hard drive space...
Can you please right click on the video in the Video Studio timeline or in its library window, and copy all its Properties here please. Can you also please tell us where the movie came from and what editing you did to it. And what are you intending to do with the edited video -- burn it to DVD? Use it on a website? YouTube?

Hi, I am using 14 .avi clips for a total of 634 MB, there is one .wmv file of 3.5 MB, there are three .png for a total of less than 600 KB and one .mpa that ships with VideoStudio.
I am trying to export the video in DV format to be used on a CD that we will ship as well as uploaded to Youtube for our site.
I tried using a second laptop that I have, but for some reasons, the installation keeps failing on it. For starter, everytime I try to download the file from the site, it says that it is corrupted. I could download from Download.com, but it fails to install everytime with a fatal error. The error just says "A fatal error occured during installation" or something like that. I noticed that this happens after the installer says AVControls...something installing...
Any idea?

By the way, you guys have a great product. It's the easiest I have worked with in the 9 years that I have been doing some video editing. It helped my cut my production time down without sacrificing quality.
The issue is just that installation problems and the other non-video editing issues cause some delays. So if you guy fix those issues, this will be the bomb.
Just wanted to give you that input.

I am glad you have positive reactions to the product -- but it is not 'our' product in the sense you mean. None of us here work for Ulead or Corel. We are all just users like you, who volunteer their time to try to help out...
Now we still have a problem, or a couple. You say you have .avi files but they are obviously very small. The problem is that there are over 800 video formats which use .avi as their extension. It is just a wrapper or carrier format, you see. So can you please do as I have already requested and right click on one of the .avi files within Video Studio and copy all its Properties here. Then at least we will know what kind of video we are dealing with. As for the .mpa file you say came with Video Studio, where exactly did you find it? Does it have a file name or number?
As for your attempt to install on a separate computer, please look on the Ulead video website Ulead.com and click on the Download button and follow the prompts to updates for Video Studio 11. At the top is a 'Hot Fix' which should work if you read and follow the notes to that patch.

Thanks for your suggestion. I did use hotfix and got VideoStudio installed on this new computer. It has about 18G of free space with the same memory and processor speed specs as the previous one.
However, I still get the same error. It always happen at around 3% on the rendering progress. I absolutely need to get this project done ASAP. Anything I can try?
Here is the information you asked about the AVI files in the library:
File format: microsoft AVI files -- OpenDML
Frame rate: 29.970 frames/sec
Data rate: 3699.61
Compression: DV Video Encoder -- type 2
Attributes: 24 bits, 720 . 480, 16:9
Audio Compression: PCM
Audio Attribute: 48.000 kHz, 16 bit, Stereo
