After I upgrade my windows to vista I see I cannot make a dvd from divx files.
The problem is during burn progress. it stopp and a popup windows shows that I have to close the program.

How can I fix this issue?

First did you download and install the DivX codec? This must be done manually, as it is not provided with Windows or VS. You can get it HERE

Just a side-note, DivX (Xvid is the free, open source version) was designed for distribution (viewed via the internet), and not for editing purposes. So any editing of highly-compressed formats is going to be tricky, and there will most likely be some quality degradation, with each recoding.

Unless you have a stand-alone DVD player that is DivX certified to play DivX files, AND you use DivX Author to create your DVD, your video must be converted to DVD specs, which only allow MPEG-2. Your workflow will determine success or failure here.

If you are using DivX files in your project, and you proceed directly into the burn module from the editor, all the DivX video clips will need to be converted to DVD Compatible MPEG-2. This is done in addition to and while also trying at the same time to create the menus, chapters, ect, for your DVD. This is a very big task for your computer. So what is suggested is to convert the video in the editor (Share>Create Video File) before proceeding to the burn module (Share>Create Disc).

I installed Divx Codec. and by your direction I tried to make MPEG2 file before make DVD. But I cannot preview the file after I change sound to 5.1 and also the MPEG 2 file I created has no voice.

I start with DV (avi) files and then if I want to upload them to the internet, I may choose DivX as my final output. I use the DivX Pro Package, which just provides a little more than the freebie, like the ability to convert MPEG to DivX.

The 5.1 Dolby Digital would not be supported in the free DivX package. Dolby charges a licensing fee to use it's technology. DivX, Corel or any other program is not going to give away what they have to pay for.

You might try converting the DivX files before trying to edit them using a free conversion utility called SUPER by eRightSoft.com. I've used it on occasion to convert files, and it seems to do a good job.

I checked again and choosed stereo instead 5.1 sound. But I think I ve some issue regarding to my VS11. because when I try to add chapter. I see the program terminated and I see these details in log

According to your log entry, you're using VS11.0 not VS11.0 Plus or 11.5 Plus. Dolby Digital 5.1 is not available in the "vanilla version" 11.0...

OK you started out with the "view only" DivX files.
What format have you converted them to (as per the advice already given by Ron).

Hopefully you have chosen MPEG2 which is the format necessary to create VOB files.
