Suggested workflow

Hi everyone
I was trying to search for the suggested workflow that used to be on here (in fact it may very well still be here somewhere but I can't seem to find it. It was a process I followed before and I can't remember who the author was. It described capture/ project property and preferences advice and also the workflow for creating/sharing? Can someone please point back in the right direction? Thanks.

However, out current suggested workflow is by Steve Jones, one of our System Admin people, and can be found in the Tutorials section of the main webpage:
