HI!
I've got SONY DCR-HC19E camera and I've got a problem with my movies. I wont the best quality of it so i tryed a lot of options and the best way is
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
Lower Field First
(DVD-PAL), 4:3
Video data rate: 9800 kbps
Audio data rate: 128 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)
Video data rate I've got in constance mode. Everything is great but on every DVD's movie start to whip. I don't know what to do because after capture movie on hard disk I haven't got this problem. What should I do to have the best quality and of course not whipping movies.

You have a mini DV camcorder and so you should be transfering the video via IEEE1394 firewire (Sony calls it iLink) in DV (avi) format NOT in MPEG2.
Do not try and use the supplied USB cable, that is only for turning the camcorder into a webcam and also for transfering stills that you have taken with the camcorder.

But how I have to put avi movie which has 8Gb/h on DVD. Only way is transfer it to MPEG2. Help!
Movie Factory will convert it per your project settings. But how I have to put avi movie which has 8Gb/h on DVD. Only way is transfer it to MPEG2. Help!
It's better to let Movie Factory do it as the last step before burning, rather than during capture.
The data on your MiniDV tape is in DV format. When you "capture" to AVI/DV, the actual DV data isn't converted aro altered... It's just "repackaged" into an AVI/DV file (which should be 13GB per hour).
