Cannot read DVD+RW burned with DMF 3.5

I have been using Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3.5 with my NEC DVD-RW drive that it came with, with no problems until now. I have been using mainly DVD-R discs with no problem but I know this drive is compatible with DVD+RW media. Now, I tried to use the Data to DVD function of DMF 3.5 and it goes thru the process of burning the data and even asks me to eject the disc when it's done. Then I leave the disc in the drive to verify it, but nothing. Windows then reads the DVD-RW drive as a CD Drive with no data. Windows then asks me what I want to do with the blank CD that I just inserted. ??!?!?!? Help! I was in the process of backing up a hard drive when it failed. Thought I had covered myself partially by burning these discs but NO. Why can't I read my DVD+RW???

I hate all Ulead's burning programs. I regularly used to get the same problems as you. I now always create the dvd folders with MF6 and then burn with Nero or even Burn aware free edition.
