Is there PDF manual for X3 available, like for the previous versions? If so, where?

If you installed the Full version it should be located in your C:\Program Files\Corel\PhotoImpact X3 folder. You should be able to access it from the Start>All Programs>PhotoImpactX3 menu.
After reading your post, I do see that Ulead did not include the PIX3 documents on their site. Corel never has, or at least I have not been able to find them.
