make it stop

Hi,
TOTAL NEWBIE here. All I want to do is make a simple, animated text/header. I can't figure out how to make the animation go only ONE TIME, not endlessly...

I would appreciate very much if someone could point me in the right direction.

Uncheck Infinite, and change the value to 0. It plays once. If the value is 1, it plays once, loops once, so it actually plays twice.
