this is a letter i wrote at the end of the "survey":
This is absolutely the worst piece of software I have ever used. It has done nothing but cause me grief and misery. If you ever read the forums on your product you will find that anyone using your product encounters major problems all of the time. The software is TOO SLOW, It has too few menu options. It does what it wants to do instead of what I want it to do. I find it irresponsible for you to even include this software with dvd burners. It causes more problems than helping any. I had high hopes when I bought my burner but the Ulead software that came with it quickly shot that down. If you have any heart, I urge you to fire your programming team and hire people that know how to make an easy, eventful, and productive piece of software. Thank you for listening to me and i surely hope you come out with a whole new platform.
