04: Corel PhotoImpact X3: Quick Command

Quick Command can record your editing of one task. After finishing recording, you could apply recorded steps on lots of pictures, like blog¡¦s pictures.

a) Open a photo. Click ¡¥Standard Selection Tool¡¦ to drag out selected area.

b) Click ¡¥Quick Command Panel¡¦ > Task.

c) Create a new task. Give a task name> Record
The task is recording. You can click on ¡¥Stop¡¦ whenever you want to stop or pause the recording.

d) The following editing is suitable for blog¡¦s photos editing.
Click on ¡¥Crop the base image around a selection¡¦.

e) Adjust> Resize. We also can see the Quick Command has recorded my steps.

f) Set the Width as 630 Pixels; Resolution as 72 Pixels for blog¡¦s photo.

g) Click on ¡¥Layer Manager¡¦.

h) Right-click on Base Image> Duplicate
Image


i) Change the Merge mode as Overlay to enhance picture color.
Image


j) Set the Transparency as 50 for more colorful photos.
Image


k) Edit> Duplicate> Base Image with Objects> Close original photo. To duplicate one base image for protecting original photo.

l) Stop recording. We¡¦ve finished one task.
Image


m) Apply the task. Open another photo> Drag out selected area.
Image


n) Click on Play.

o) Done!
