Missing extra flash templates etc

I recently downloaded the upgrade to Videostudio 9. I was thrilled to see some samples of flash animation on the page describing the product. I installed the upgrade and used the smart download to download the addtional files. But I only got one flash animation (hands clapping) . Is this all you get? I thought I saw somewhere some other animation, like a butterfly, heart beating and a film strip.

In the boxed disc version I got 18 (including beating heart and butterflies) - perhaps your download didn't work properly ??

I didn't get anything either, BrianCee. In the past when I purchased the download version, there was always "extras" that we downloaded after getting the program. I did do the "Smart Download" afterwards, but there weren't any extra "bells and whistles'. Maybe there is something there for us to download that I'm not seeing, but I searched all over their site.

I called Ulead today and here is what you need to do. Once you have downloaded all the "extras" via the smart download in the program. Go to "my computer" then "program files" Then "Ulead Systems" Then "videostudio 9" then "smart downloads" Inside you will see multiple executables. These contain all the extras. Make sure you execute the programs in order.
