Problem after install SP3 for Windows XP?

Hello.

I'm creating DVD-video project in UMF6plus (all patches and updates installed).
After adding files of the pictures or videos and the click Next button - show error message "Cannot create menu". Earlier on Windows XP Professional SP2 UMF6+ fine worked. Possible this has occurred after installing SP3 for Windows XP? That to do? Where can be a problem? Help me, please.

Make sure you have the latest DirectX from Microsoft. That's not usually included in updates (don't know about SP3).

DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904 Aug 2007) is installed and before SP3 all were OK. All drivers correctly installed. UMF uninstalled, manually cleaned folders, registers and installed UMF again. I'm try update DirectX and video-driver. About result shall write.

If you completely reinstall the OS, you will then have to reinstall other applications too. You can reinstall SP3 again on top of what you right now. I have done this with SP3 release candidate and then the final SP3.
