Trouble creating video file

OK, I'm losing my patience while having trouble creating a mpeg video file. It only happens on a certain .dvp file (about 40 min long). I get the error: "Unable to compress the video with the specified frame rate or frame size". I've tried changing the frame rate/size with no luck. I've have used the exact same project settings with another (smaller) .dvp and it works fine. The error number is 18007:5:1. Any suggestions?

It could be a number of things, but I'm guessint that there is a disconnect from what the original CODEC is to possible output CODEC.

Some CODECs are very picky as to what sizes and ratios and keyframes they can be.
