How to create PAL format video?

After i'm done with adding music and transitions to each of every clips, i wanted to convert them to MPEG2 PAL format. Yet, i only see NTSC when i click on "Create Video File". It's really weird. Do i miss out anything like plugin stuffs like that?

What are the files originally?
What settings did you choose for your app when installing?
If they are NTSC and you chose NTSC for your project settings, then NTSC will be all you see.

Where do you live.???????????

If you are in the US then you should us Ntsc

If you are anywhere else (UK-Europe) then you probably would use Pal. (well mostly)

When you install Video Studio you are given the option to choose your location or Pal/Ntsc
This option creates the default templates. (easy to miss)

So where do you live???????

Otherwise:-
As far as I know selecting ¡¥Custom¡¦ from Share Create Video File will allow you to set DVD-Pal.

Also
If you are using Pal-Mpeg files in your project ¡XSelecting Same as First Video should give the correct options.
