Well, I couldn't find a better sub-forum, so it's here.

Have you tried to ask a question on support.corel.com? In the tab E-mail Corel, after filling all the fields I click Suggested Responses and get some nonsensical links to responses from knowledge base.
Anyone has been able to actually mail Corel :/, or does its support match that of Ulead?
