Creating thumbnails in DVD menu

In creating a DVD using the Corel Ulead Movie Factory that my Canon HG10 harddrive camcorder came with, I have been unable to create a menu that contains/lists all the scenes from the DVD I'm creating so I can go directly to any specific scene. For example, if I want to go to scene/clip 35, I now have to hit the remote control forward button 35 times to get there, which is annoying and time consuming. I've been told that I should be able to create thumbnails of all the scenes in the menu so I can go directly to a specific scene, like when you rent a movie. Any tips would be appreciated.
