Blu-ray chapters only for first clip

I'm making a BDMV Blu-ray disc using DVD Movie Factory 6. I have 2 clips, but it's only creating chapter menus for the first clip. Both clips have chapter markers created in DVD Movie Factory 6. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Do you have the latest version of Directx 9.0C installed?
The 2nd video may have some slight corruption & MF cannot read it correctly.
