Upgrading SE

Post by lungemach »

I've been using DVDWS2 SE for a couple of years and needed to upgrade to something with more capability. To make a long afternoon shorter, I get a dead end on the upgrade, no customer service, and downloading a "trial" version I get exactly what the download said I needed to uninstall, another SE version. Is Corel going to continue to sell workshop or is it going to die? Will it offer support on the full version? I sure would like to know before I buy into this product. Lee

I would be interested in any authoring software that comes anywhere near the total control and flexibility and intuitive user friendly interface that DVD Workshop offers. Sadly there is no such program on earth. Strange that no software company has come forward to fill this vacuum. Sure there are others that offer complete control over authoring but they are very difficult to master.

I must agree that DVDWS is straight forward and easy to use. Ulead did good with this program and MediaStudio Pro.
