XL problem

Looked at all the posts, so I assume I am the only one with this problem. Grrrrrr.
Anytime I try to use the express fix tool I get the "Windows has encountered a problem..yada,etc."
Anyone seen this, maybe have a fix?
Also, from what I'm seeing, PI 10 ain't necessarily better than the what, PI 8, 8.5? I got with the XL program. Feedback any1?

What are the specifications of your configuration and what kinds of media do you edit?
