Frames jump

Can someone please tell me why when I share the video a few frames jump up and down once just before the end and how to fix it?

It does not normally jump as you mentioned. I have discovered little quirks every now and then when editing something and simply find ways round them. Like Clevo has mentioned you need to view the link he has mentioned so that we can establish exactly what the error is you are experiencing so that we may offer some suggestions for resolving it.
