Is the image in the Main Video Track or Overlay Track?
To remove the pan/zoom on an image in the Main track go to the Image Tab, and select the top radial button under Resampling Option. The drop-down is then activated, where you can choose either Keep Aspect Ratio or Fit to Project Size. You can also change the Pan/Zoom template by clicking on the down-arrow, or Customize.
In the Overlay Track go to the Edit Tab, and uncheck the Pan/Zoom box. You can customize or select others the same way described above..
