Change Basic Menu Layout

Post by Indiana007 »

I would like to know how to add more chapter choices to the menu
When I chose the basic SmartScene Menu it only allows 3 chapters on a page ... I need 4 ... any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Click Customize in the Edit tab of the Select a template to create menu
(Step 2/3) page to open the Customize Menu dialog box.
Select Frame, Navigation Button, or Layout in the drop down menu to
display the associated preset thumbnails.

I've also noticed that you can not customize the Layout of the SmartScene menus. The only option is to customize the Navigation buttons. So if you're wanting to use a SmartScene menu, you can use one as is, which I believe there are 1 or 2 having 4 menu choices, or having more than 1 page of a menu.

If you have PhotoImpact 12 or X3, you can create or modify the SmartScene menus, so that you may have 4 scenes.

Use one of my 5 scene templates, if you only have 4 links then the 5th does not show up.

This Smartscene menu that has 5 links.
Smartscene05 http://www.driveway.com/ndndv54998
Smartscene05w http://www.driveway.com/kkhdv05257

There you will find two files.
smartscene05.zip for a 4.3 version
smartscene05w.zip for a 16.9 version

Video/Studio 10+ users need to unzip it to:
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 10\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button

MovieFactory 5 users need to unzip it to:
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5 Plus\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button

Change 16x9 to 4x3 if your using the 4.3 version.

EDIT:
A user sent me a PM to say he didn't have the font used to create the title.
You can download a copy of the font off my website here:

VideoStudio 11 - change the 10 to 11 in the installation file location
MovieFactory 6 - change the 5 to 6 in the installation file location
