I'm using PhotoImpact X3 and had no trouble with RAW files from my Rebel XT. Now, the files from the new Canon Xsi will open up but most of the colors aren't even there i.e. it looks like a ghost image.
Is there a file I can download to update. I had to do that for Vista.

Every camera model has its own proprietary RAW format. Even though the file extension may be the same (CR2 in case of Canon). My Canon S45 and EOS 350D both have the CR2 extensions but the file format differs.
I do not have a problem with either of them. Works like a charm ever since PI12.
PI X3 may not be able yet to fully handle the new format.

Still no idea on Canon XSi RAW files
Wrote to Corel again and they replied that they have no idea when or if PhotoImpact X3 will support RAW files from the new Canon.
There is in fact an update for PI X3, it fixed my RAW import problems:

Note that the ulead.com site apparently is not updated anymore, you have to visit the Corel page to find the latest patches and service packs.
