To GeorgeW - about some tests converting to mpeg using msp 7

I have been really busy and haven't gotten to it, but tomorrow I will have some time, and will capture a 10 minute clip at the settings I did before.

Is there some special way I should handle the tests. Just try a few different settings, etc? I noticed a change when I started a brand new project and did different settings. But still it wouldn't convert to a constant bit rate file (ie flag set, i'm not saying that they're ever truely constant).

So any suggestions on what I should do to test?
