No Menu Templates

Hi,

I downloaded TBYB version of MovieFactory 6 Plus and then purchased the serial number through Corel to upgrade.

However, I don't have any more menu templates, just the 3 provided in the TBYB version and my screen still says TBYB on opening.

Please help as I really need more menu templates to run my business.

Did you just get a serial number or were you also provided with some links to download stuff?

Thanks for replying.

The only thing I received, which is the only proof I have of downloading, is the receipt of payment from PayPal, which lists the Serial Number/Purchase Key.

There was nothing else.

OK, have found the email from Corel with my download links. Has the download - but still shows as TBYB and the bonus CD, which doesn't include an extra menu templates.

I have removed it from my system and then downloaded using the links in the email from Corel. I'm still left with the same problem.

No more than 3 menus and the TBYB still showing on the file.

Please help!! This is getting frustrating as I can't make different menus.
