problem with the Ulead VideoStudio 11

hello
i'm install today Ulead VideoStudio 11 i'm download it from the site Ulead

when i try to open program Ulead VideoStudio is not working

error :
the ordinal 17 could not be located in the dynamic link library mpgvout.dll.

CPU INTEL D 3400 MHZ
RAM 2048
can i find help ?

Only a small handful of people have ever had this problem. Please use the search function above, and enter 'ordinal 17' as the subject. You will see the few suggested solutions there have been.
