Creating png image
Im using photoimpact x3. I am trying to make a png image so that I can place it on top of another picture. I can't seem to get the background to become transparent. please help.

There are no doubt several ways to do this, this is how I make things transparent.
From the menu bar select Web | image optimizer.
From the dialogue box that now appears select the mask tab.
Select Mask | Pick Color
Select the eyedropper tool (second from left)
click the area you want to make transparent.
Below the right hand preview image are some buttons, select the PNG button.
Now "Save As" - this creates a PNG with a transparant background.
