If you already have VS open in the Editor, make sure your Storyboard/Timeline is clear of any files. One way to do this is to select File>New Project.
Now go directly to the Share step (tab located at the far right on the top). Select Create Disc, which will open the Burn module. In the burn module you need to press the Add Video icon, browse to where you saved your MPEG-2 video files created in VS. Insert them into the timeline of the burn module.
You also need to click on the gear-looking icon located in the bottom left, and make sure your Project Settings are the same as those of your inserted video files. Check the boxes beside the options Do not convert compliant MPEG files and Treat MPEG audio as non-DVD compliant.
You can also set how you want your Menu Navigation in this dialog window. Then you can customize your MPEG settings, such as changing the bitrate, audio compression ect., by pressing the Change MPEG settings button and selecting one of the presets in the menu, or selecting Custom, located at the very bottom of the menu.
Once you have that done, then continue on to building your menus, adding Chapters, then finally to burning a disc, Creating DVD Folders, or an ISO image file.
This is all explained in the User Guide/Manual starting on page# 128. If you don't have it, you can download it from the following Ulead webpage;
