when i download the 30 days free try version
it become ms dos mode file and can"t open
what should i do? thanks

I am a newcomer.
and sorry for cant provide the computer information
because I have no idea about my computer...
and my problem
maybe before when I try open it , the antivirsus software warn me and I press the button that deny the procedure,but afterthat I added to trust zone
I dont know if it does help and if the problem source
also, the try version after I download, on my computer , the icon are not the usual one ...

I don't know what the "usual one" in your case may be. The cause of that could be several things, which is an operating system problem. Speaking of operating systems, that is one of the items we need to know. Are you running WinXP, WinME, Win2000, Vista or some other non-Microsoft operating system? VS will not install or work on Apple/Mac.
Yes it may be necessary for you to disable your antivirus program during installation. If you downloaded the program from a reputable source (Corel, Ulead, Download.com) you should not have to worry about a virus being installed. On some previous versions, I've even had to disable my firewall and my spyware programs so that the application would install.
