4:3 - 16:9 Ratio

Can I change the ratio at any time either during the Capture, Editing etc...up to the burning process?

As an example, at the beginning of a project, I want the 4:3 ratio, but towards the end of my project I decide to have it in 16:9. Can this be changed easily?

Also, if a project has been rendered & burned at 4:3, can I go back to the project change the setting to 16:9, re-render & burn?
