DVD Movie Factory 3.5 - DVD Menu Screen Options

1)
I want to be able to have the background in video but I want the 'scene
frames' to be still shots.
It seems I must have background and scene frames either all still or all
moving.

2)
I would like to use a still image jpg from a seperate source (not a frame
grab) as the 'thumbnail' whilst a video runs as the backgound.
(If I can do this then the frame will be forced to be a still shot whiile the backround runs)

Is any of this possible?

DVD Movie Factory 3.5.

Should I try another app?
