Welcome to the forums,

While I do have a hearing problem there is no need to SHOUT. Typing in CAPS is considered shouting in net etiquette, so please do not.

Cool 360 was developed way back for Windows 98 and NT4. Getting it to work with Vista will not be that easy. While you may get it to install, and work some of the times, do not be surprised or expect any fixes if along the line it fails.

In Vista you must run it under compatibility mode for either Win98se/ME or WinXP. Right-click on the Cool 360 desktop icon, and select Properties. In the properties dialog window, select the Compatibility tab. You'll see the Compatibility mode section at the top of the tab. In the section beneath that (Settings), select Disable Visual Themes, and Run this program as Administrator.

If the above does not work, then the only other recommendation is to setup a dual-boot system, running Vista and XP.
