I am missing all my buttons to the right of the "Batch Covert" button (ie "Overlay Track Manager", "Enable/Disable 5.1 Surround", and the "Smart Proxy Manager") I have VS10...I used to have the buttons...but not today.
Anyone have a solution?

I would start investigating other possible causes. I've had VS10+ on my system(XP) since it was released and only reinstalled when I reformatted. I've never experienced the problem of buttons disappearing.jimswinder wrote:It gets tiring having to reinstall VS 10 every other month....
When is the last time you reformatted and done a fresh clean install of your system? While it is not a pleasant task, doing so at least once a year, revitalizes your PC.
Another option to investigate is updating your DirectX. It is not one of the updates included with the Windows Updates. You need to go to the Microsoft website and manually download and install it. Go HERE and download the latest MS Direct-X drivers. The most current is dated March 2008.
