Delete old audio/import new audio

I received help on how to export the audio file to improve it with Audicity which I have done. Now how to I import it back to my video file and replace the existing audio file with the new one.

From Audacity you should have exported it as a wav file. In VS, on the Audio Tab, import that file (folder icon) into your audio library, then drag down to the timeline. If the original audio is part of your video clip you can simply mute it. If it is a separate file in an audio track you can delete it.
