VS V8 Users Timeline Sync Question

I completed editing my first project and upon review I noticed that I need to increase the time a slide is displayed from 3 seconds to 10 seconds.

When I did that, yup - that's right - all my overlays and titles were out of alignment. Since my project is 70 minutes in length with 30 overlays, I don't want to go back and adjust all of them.

Is there an easy way to get them back in sync? Other than to change the time back to 3 seconds?

Using VS 8
You can use Shift Click on the first and last clip to select all the clips, titles, audio, overlays etc.
I think you have to Shift Click each timeline.

Then drag the lot in one go.
