Rotation ... Urgently need help
Well it sounds like this.. i can't find out how to stop the rotation off all the frames in wich the object is in , if i rotate in 1 frame , it rotates in all , what should i do ?

The rotate feature transforms the object you've selected, as you've noted. So...
When you go to frame two, click the "eye" icon to hide the object in question. (Object Manager panel.) Then click the "duplicate object" button to duplicate the original. Then rotate.
For subsequent frames, do the same. For best results, duplicate the original object - you will have to increase the amount of rotation, of course. Rotating an object that has previously been rotated will result in loss of quality the more it's altered.
