Welcome to the forums,

Your version may be one of those that may not be eligible.
Upgrade Eligibility

The upgrade offer is valid for users of the following products:

* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5 Plus
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4 Disc Creator
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4<-- Not SE version
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3.5 Suite
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3.5 Suite Deluxe
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 Disc Creator
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 Standard version
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 SE
* Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 Suite
This is my opinion only, and I don't work for Corel, I would think that since DVDMF3 SE qualifies, DVDMF4 SE should too..
