Canon HG10 Help

Hi I have a Canon HG10 video camera and I need to know which program I need to get in order to edit these files. The included software as always is very inadequate, DVD MovieFactory SE, and I need to find something to edit with.

For my other formats I have been using Camtasia Studio 5 but it does not support the Canon HD format.

I downloaded the trial of VideoStudio from the website but when I look to bring in the files I get an error message file format mismatch.

I can play the files fine with the InterVideo winDVD SE player but I need to edit them and convert them to other file types.

Please help! Thanks.

Someone on AVS forums should know the answer. Do some searches there, first, then post a question.
