Windvd not loading!!!

I've recently re-installed Vista, due to some unforeseen problem..

Anyways, Windvd 9 was working fine before this, and now, after many installation attempts to get beyond the "IVIVIDEO.ax" failed to register error message, it seems as though its finally installed...

But then....After i register Windvd, the programs won't load....i've checked on Task Manager, and when i open the program, it shows up on task manager, but it quickly shuts down...

i've un-installed, re-installed more than a dozen times, and either i get the "IVIVIDEO.ax" failed to register problem, or i'm where i am now.. Windvd 9 installed but refusing to load up!!

I'm on my final tether with this P.O.S and i'm hoping someone can offer me the solution to the problem!!
