Is There A Solution To - Music Out Of Sync??

PC Slideshow music is perfectly "sync"ed

YET, DVD Slideshow music is "out of sync"...and gets worse with every slide.

Is there a solution, or work-around for this problem???
PLEASE HELP!!!

This does not happen for everyone. I've used versions 2 and 3 and it both works ok. I think there is a fix for your problem. Contact Ulead Tech Support for the details:
