You guys will probably get mad at me again but I'm still wondering the answer to this question, simply put:
How come Media Studio Pro 7 (with service pack 3), will not create a constant bit rate mpeg 2 file, at the specified bit rate?
I don't figure you need to know the source files for the answer to this question. This has nothing to do with how it looks, just why it won't do it.
If it has anything to do with the source files (for the ability to make a CBR mpeg 2 file), then let me know of course, how the source affects the ability for msp to do it. Note: I'm not asking about how come it looks bad or good, or whatever, but just why won't msp do that?
If you can't or won't answer the question, you don't need to reply. If after this message there are no replies, I will stop posting here.
Thank you for your time, in any case.
