Please Help!!!

I'm trying to somehow use the Extract Object Wizard, but in the Object menu I don't even have this option!!!

I have version 10, which apparently should have this function, but I can't see it anywhere!!

Please can you let me know where the option can be found, or even just let me know if I should have it or not!!
