problem when create disk in movie wizard

for some reason after I load the video file in the "movie wizard" and then click through the theme template, and then click on create disk tab I get "fail to delay load
uVIOWRap.dll" I tried restarting the computer but didn't work. Any suggestions??

What version of VS are you using?
I suggest that you try uninstalling the product and the reinstalling - maybe uVIOWRap.dll has gone missing or is corrupt.
