VS11: Make Movie Manager/Template not Saving

I keep creating a template/profile under tools, Make Movie Manager and it will not save the profile. Disappears and have to create one each time and then I go to Share and it doesnt show up on my list. anyone had this problem?

thanks! i just still want to be able to create my own profiles and save them. but it will not save. i like the Neptune codec (wmv). the quality is AMAZING and the file size is awesome at 640x480. if anyone has a resolution to my problem let me know.

Did my template(s) work so we can eliminate if it is working at all or not?

I have the same issue with my version of VS 11.5 NTSC. SJJ1805 mentioned that it does not happen with him. I see that he is using a PAL formats. I use the NTSC versions and I am not able to save either. I have looked at the DivX templates but I want to make DVD mpeg not DivX. I have also looked at the video that was suggested but that did not help at all. Any thoughts?

Yep but I cannot remember the solution, or if there was one.(a senior moment)

The new template showed in the list prior to closing the window.
Unfortunately was not available when accessing the manager again or share create video file.

Can you check that you have installed the Indeo Driver.

Access the driver from install screen, install utilities.
If you have the driver installed, uninstall and re-install.
