photoimpact 7 ~ transparent text boxes

I am using photoimpact 7 and am trying to make trasparent text boxes for my projects...I have seen the glass looking transparent text boxes also. Is there anyway to make those in PI?? Also how do you make a watermark out of a word for example : Sample

Right click any object, select properties, then adjust the transparency.
