Buon giorno! According to Corel (in the UK) yes it is possible to have VS in Italian. I'm not sure, but I think you'll have to buy 11/11.5 as I don't think that you could just get an update to change the language. Contact Corel support, who knows, it may be possible.
However, your English seems quite well. The program is IMHO intuitive as should be easy for you to learn. Should you have any questions though, please don't hesitate to post a question (even if you feel that your English is bad, which it is not). There are a lot of folks here willing to spend the time to help you with any problems/question that you may have. I'd recommend using a online translator like BabelFish to translate the menu options and write them down on a piece of paper to reference when you need it.
